How does the trade-in process work?

After submitting your request through our portal, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label within 5 business days. Pack up the items you’ve worn and send them to us. When your garments arrive, we’ll carefully assess each one.

How many pieces can I send?

You can send as many garments as you’d like, but only 3 items per shipment. Each item earns you $20 in coupons. If you have more to share, you're welcome to begin another ritual.

What condition should the garments be in?

Worn is welcome. Torn is still valid. We accept garments in any condition, as long as they are clean and dry.

Do you only accept Edwin jeans?

We accept all denim apparel from any brand. Transformation doesn’t start with labels - it starts with intention.

What kinds of items are eligible?

Jeans, jackets, shirts, and any kind of denim apparel.If it’s made to be worn, we’ll find a new chapter for it. This isn’t donation. It’s renewal.

How do I receive my coupons?

Within 5 business days of receiving your items, we’ll confirm how many passed the assessment. For each garment ready for its next life, you’ll receive a $20 coupon. Items that can’t continue will be recycled responsibly, they won’t be returned, and no coupon will follow. But nothing is wasted.

Can coupons be used toward new denim?

Yes, you can use them to access upcoming drops and curated bundles. One coupon per order. Each trade-in earns maximum $60 coupon (= 3 garments).

How do I begin?
