What are Tokens?
Tokens are the exchange mechanism for our circularity program. Earn them through purchases, trade-ins, and more. Tokens grant access to Stelapop objects such as home goods created from transformed denim.
Where are tokens tracked?
The Token Program widget in the lower right corner of the website displays your current token balance.
How does the transformation process work?
After inspection, the garment is sent to Stelapop for transformation:
Collection and Sorting: The process begins by collecting pre-consumer and post-consumer denim and textile waste, which is then sorted by color to create specific aesthetic tones.
Preparation: A custom-built machine removes buttons, zippers, and rivets from the waste.
Processing and Mixing: The fabric is cut and mixed with a proprietary binder, which includes natural rubber and starch, often in a 60:40 or 70:30 ratio.
Drying and Pressing: The mixture is dried, often using solar energy, and then pressed into solid, high-density panels.
Fabrication: The resulting material, known as Bio-Lumber™, can be cut, drilled, and worked similarly to wood, making it suitable for furniture, coasters, and wall panels.

When do tokens expire?
Unused tokens expire 18 months after earning. No extensions or refunds.
Can I gift my Tokens?
Tokens are tied to your account and cannot be transferred. However, objects redeemed with Tokens can be shipped to any address you specify at checkout.
What happens to tokens earned from a purchase if I return the product?
Tokens earned from that purchase are deducted from your account when the return is processed. Your token balance adjusts to reflect only completed purchases you keep.
What if my redeemed product arrives damaged?
Contact support@edwin.com. We send a replacement with shipping covered. Replacements are issued only for manufacturing defects.
Can I return a Stelapop object redeemed with tokens?
Stelapop objects redeemed with tokens cannot be returned. Replacements are issued only for manufacturing defects. Contact support@edwin.com if your object arrives damaged.
